Feast of Dedication Hanukkah

The feast of “Dedication” is called “Hanukah” in the Hebrew language. It is written in John 10: 22, 23: ”And it was at Jerusalem the Feast of Dedication, and it was winter. And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon’s porch.” All questions regarding this feast one must begin with the Prophecy inDaniel chapter 8 regarding the beginning of the Greek empire. Daniel:8:8: ”Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.” The he goat that waxed great was Alexander the great and when was most strong was.

The moon was made on the fourth day of creation. The moon rules the night and is for signs and seasons. Genesis 1:14:”And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:” verse 15: “And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.” verse 16: “And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.” verse 17:.

Sabbath Scriptures

The Sabbath is the 7th day of the week and literally means “rest”, it also the first Holiday ordained by the Most High, creator of heaven and earth. The Sun and moon were created on the fourth (4th ) day of creation and three days later on the 7th day the Sabbath was established. Proving the Sabbath is not based upon the lunar (moon) calendar. Beware of Witches and False Snitches….

One of the most iconic favorite scenes from the movie Wizard of Oz is after the house falls on the witch of the east…. the “good” witch Glenda tells the wicked witch of the West to” shew , shew….before a house falls on you too! ” and the  surviving wicked sister vows….” I’ll get you my pretty and your little dog too!!!  We don’t live in a world in which we hunt witches and werewolves, and vampires in the streets with fancy potions and axes and bullets as seen in the movies…. but battle we must with scripture in order for the word of the Heavenly Father to be made clear to remove the trances that have been placed on.

How and when do you start your preparation? There are variety of different ways in which a family can bring in the Sabbath,  however the fundamental belief amongst most repentant Israelites is that the “Sabbath Day” is Saturday NOT  Sunday, as a general starting point certain non-negotiable need to be understood and accepted to establish and maintain a regimen for the rest of the high holy days throughout the year. So the  weekly.
